Features
The HLN Aquano 5K coolant heaters preheat the engine coolant to make sure the engines can have a smooth start at a surrounding temperature as low as -41°C. The HLN coolant heaters operate independently from the vehicle engines. Working together with the ingeniously designed smart timer, the heater can start automatically at the pre-set time, to warm up the engine even while you are asleep. When you are ready to start the day with your vehicle in the cold winter morning, it is already warm and ready to go. The compact design of the heater also makes it suitable for a wide variety of vehicles.
HLN focuses on continuously improving the heater quality and pushing it to the limit. The company finished a heater high attitude test above 5,000 meters on the Tibetan Plateau. Both air heaters and coolant heaters went through the tests. A total of five testes points were taken, and at a highest elevation of 5,235 meters. (The five test points were at 2,780m, 3,660m, 4,540m, 4,780m, and 5,235m.) At all test points, both the air heaters and coolant heaters can ignite and operate smoothly. The high elevation test is only one of a serious of tests that HLN performs on its heaters to guarantee the heaters performance.
Installation position
(this product is suitable for most models, many installation positions can be selected at will)
Truck : the heater is located at the foot of the co pilot, on the rear arm of the cab, under the driver's back and in the toolbox;
RV : the heater is located in front of the front passenger, between the front and front passenger seats, under the bottom, and under the container
MPV : in a five seats or seven seats car, the heater is mainly installed in the fire trunk of the passenger compartment of the vehicle. The heater can also be fixed under the bottom of the vehicle, but it should be waterproof and splash proof
Engineering machinery : the heater is located in the box of the driver's seat, on the rear arm of the cab, and inside the protection box
